In business since 1979, the pioneer and great defender of Beaujolais, Jean-Paul Brun shines bright thanks to the quality of his wines. Known to produce cuvées of exemplary concentration, he delivers here a fruity, easy-drinking and very fresh version of Pinot Noir, homage to his Burgundy roots. Some 30 minutes in the fridge will reveal a fruit-forward mouth, ideal with white-meat dishes and chicken.
