From the small Coteaux Varois, a hilly region in central Provence, this is a crisp mineral-textured wine with a pale salmon pink color. It has lively acidity, delicate strawberry, citrus zest and a touch of red currants. Dry and fruity with hints of cherry for a dry finish. It's a real food rose.
