750 mLThis wine gets better every year, still a majority- Meunier cuve but the proportion is falling. Dosage a sensible 8g, which contributes to the lovely aromas; it's more silky and stylish now - even starched. It still has to recover from disgorgement, but it's lighter on its feet than ever, less the soy and shiitake of before and now more hay and chicken-stock.
