Grape variety: Chardonnay.
Vines: Over 20 years old, low vines, 9,000 to 10,000 vines per hectare, marl- limestone subsoil, southeast exposure, hand-harvested.
Vinification and aging: Pneumatic pressing with whole clusters, cold static settling, alcoholic fermentation, and aging in French oak barrels, on the lees.
It's full-bodied, with flavors of toasted hazelnuts, almonds, butter, honey, and citrus fruits.
