This Chardonnay is fragrant and bright with aromatic notes of fresh melon, pear and green apple. On the palate the texture is alive and viscous with mouth enveloping flavors of lemon citrus, and white peach. The creamy mouthfeel is achieved by stirring the lees while in barrel. The finish is long and structured due to the great balance of acidity.
