Perfect with sea fruit or a salad with green asparagus and even a tasty sea bass. The Chateau Nicot has been owned by the Dubourg family for over 200 years. The house is located on the right bank of the river Garonne in the town of Ecoussans, some 35 kilometers south of the city of Bordeaux.
